Vermont–and South Royalton in particular–is very rural. Transportation is pretty limited, and can sometimes take a bit of research or finagling. A great resource to know about is the Stagecoach Bus, for which you can find times, fares, and routes, right HERE.
Everyone has to have health insurance, and whether you’re going with one of VLS’s options (more information about that HERE) or applying for a requirement waiver ( 2016_International_Insurance_Waiver_Request) you’ll have to be able to show proof of insurance by the time orientation rolls around. The end of August still feels far away, and that’s a good thing, but in case you want to start planning your arrival at VLS a bit in advance, here’s the prototype of the 2016 JD/LLM in ALS Orientation Schedule. Of note: you have to check in before 8:45 on Monday, August 22, at the Chase Community Center. Fall 2016_JD Orientation
