If you’re reading this, you’re probably involved with international legal study at VLS in some way, shape, or form. Which means that you probably have a vested interest in the International Law Society, and should check it out at the meeting taking place on MONDAY SEPTEMBER 19 AT 5. Find the info here:

Hey All– Orientation is coming up soon (August 22nd!) and classes will follow shortly. There is a bulletin board in the hallway of Oakes that has first assignments posted on it, but if you want a copy you can return to, visit the Book Lists & Reading Assignments page under Resources on the VLS website. Syllabi and book lists are included online as well, which can give you a good start on preparing for your classes. Find it all here: First Assignments & Syllabi.
Here is a really cool job opening at the Hague: it’s an internship in the office of the Director of the Division of Judicial Services, and the deadline to apply by is August 18th, 2016.
Find a description and application instructions here: Office of the Director of Judicial Services
I don’t think I need to say anything else… This is a great resource, connecting VLS with towns north of us, and particularly with Montpelier, and it only takes about as long as actually driving there yourself! Check out the Stagecoach bus system: STAGECOACH BUS.
